Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A breakage deposit of 1000.00 due with your final payment and refunded once house has been checked.
R500 cleaning fee is payable with you final payment.
Please note that it is not advisable to use the dishwasher, and oven during load-shedding hours on solar power.
Pets are accepted by prior arrangement.
