Wonderful park. Would recommend it to anyone. Bergkwagga is a wonderful park with very good chalets. The included breakfast with good service is a winner. A hidden South African gem. This was a beautiful gem to find. I was pleasantly surprised. All the staff, from the guard at the gate to the receptionist, were exceptionally trained and helpful. Very very disappointed. Only stayed there for 1 of our 2 nights. Wasn't nice at all. 1. Mountain Cottage had a horrible smoke smell. 2. No view. Feels like you're cooped up. 3. Ablution facilities way too far.
