Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Visitors are allowed only with prior approval.
Overnight guests are not permitted.
No loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour.
Quiet hours: 22:00 to 07:00.
Please respect the neighbours.
The host is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
Lock all doors when leaving the unit.
No smoking indoors.
Clean up after using the kitchen.
Do not remove cutlery, crockery, or appliances.
Switch off stoves, ovens, and appliances after use.
Use the designated braai (Weber) only.
Never leave a fire unattended; extinguish coals completely before leaving.
Towels may not be taken off the property, e.g., for beach use.
Damages, stains, or missing items will be charged to the guest.
Report any breakages immediately.
Save water and electricity.
No pets are allowed.
Parking is at your own risk. Please park only in the designated area.
The host is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of property.
Please use the “new bin” and not bin no. 5 outside.
Put the bin out on Tuesday mornings before 07:00 and return it after emptying.
The garden worker works on Tuesdays and Thursdays and has free access through the garden gates, which are never locked.
