Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R200 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Unfortunately, no cats are allowed. Guests are required to bring bedding for their dogs. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed, and the dogs need to be house-trained and are not allowed on the furniture. Dogs need to be on leashes when walking on the beach.
Cleaning can be arranged on Tuesdays and Saturdays at an extra fee. This needs to be arranged when the booking is made.
Full payment is required before checking in.
No noise is allowed after 22:00.
No breakage fee is required, but it is expected of guests to replace anything that they broke or damaged.
Irresponsible and inconsiderate behaviour will not be tolerated.
Guests are expected to leave the property the same way they received it.
No smoking is allowed inside the house. Guest must please not throw their cigarette buds on the lawn.
Guests are required to bring their own beach towels. The towels in the home are not allowed to be taken to the beach.
