This rondavel is semi self-catering and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children between 5 and 12 years old. Teen are yreatedvasvadults & require their own room. The rondavel is furnished with a King & a single bed. Or the option of 3 singles. There is a private Bush bathroom with an outdoor shower and covered toilet & basin. There is a small fridge/freezer, ceiling fan, Tea & coffee tray. Pangolin guests use the shared separate kitchenette. It only has 2 hobs, one electric & one gas plus 2 electric ovens. It is not equipped, one must bring their own picnic set & utensils.

Important Booking & Arrival Information
Excursions & Spa: Please contact your hosts at least a week in advance to book guided trips to the Kruger National Park, half-day morning/evening trips to a private Big Five reserve, the Panorama Route, or spa treatments.
Check-in & Reception: There is no central reception. A representative will meet you at your booked camp. The "Reception Cell" and main lodge area operate from 07:30 to 22:00, after which they are closed. Late check-ins are strictly prohibited due to a small staff complement.
Gate Security: The security gate connects via MTN and opens via cellphone. Once at the gate, press the button once, wait for it to dial, and answer. This is a timed 30-second service. You must provide your full name; the gate will not be opened otherwise.
Gravel Road Access: There is a gravel road leading into the reserve. Pangolin Camp is 500 m, and Shikwari Suites is 1 km along this dirt road. A standard sedan can usually access the reserve roads; a 4x4 is not required. You are welcome to inquire about current road conditions before arrival.
Camp & Accommodation Rules
Child & Extra Adult Policy:
Children aged 5 to 16 years are accommodated either on available beds or on a low fold-out bed.
Guests 17 years and older are considered adults. There is no capacity for extra adults in any of the rooms; they must book their own room or share a room with two younger siblings to avoid overcrowding and noise.
Quiet Hours: Loud music is prohibited, and any music played must be kept at a low volume. No noise is allowed after 22:00.
Alcohol Policy:
Shikwari Suites: Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol onto the property.
Pangolin Rondavels: Guests may consume their own alcohol at the camp, but it may not be brought up to the main lodge.
Pangolin Kitchenette: There are now two stoves available for use at the kitchenette in Pangolin Camp.
What to Bring: Guests must bring their own swimming towels, braai tools, tableware, and emergency lights (in case of power cuts due to weather or load shedding).
Reserve Protection: Littering is strictly prohibited. Collecting wild wood for braais is forbidden as this is a nature reserve.
Property Care: Please treat the rooms and their contents with care. Toiletries, tea/coffee sets, towels, gowns, and slippers are strictly for use during your stay and may not be removed.
