Baie ongelukkig. Glad Nie waarvoor Ek betaal het nie. Nee, dit was nie die plek wat geadverteer is nie. Die woonstel het geen padjie tot by die plek nie. En as mens moet loop, moet jy oor die gras loop, wat veroorsaak dat mense op jou skree. Geen aircon het gewerk nie. Die badkamerdeure kon nie ordentlik toemaak nie, en toe dit wel toemaak, het die handvatsel gebreek. Die boonste vloer het gelek en het op die beddens gemors, en die aircon in die kamer mors op die bed. Die advertensie wys die huis en nie die woonstel nie. Geen sprake van ’n woonstel. Onder waars mense: geen lawaai en tekere gaan nie. Ons het in die huis ingetrek soos die sleutels vir ons gegee is en is later versoek om te skuif. Ek doen al 15 jaar besigheid met die webtuiste, en dit was die slegste ervaring ooit. Ek het die gasvrou laat weet en sy het aangeraai om met julle te gesels. Ek het ook foto’s van alles geneem. Ek is regtig baie ongelukkig.

Enjoyable. The men had a lovely time. Just on their first day when it was raining, the house was leaking a lot. They had to put towels down for the slippery floors.

Heerlik gekuier, funksioneel, ruim, pragtig. Dankie, ons het heerlik gebly, sal dit vir seker aanbeveel.

Nice long weekend diving in Sodwana. Nice owner and the house has all amenities for a self-catering stay.

Lekker maar nie fantasties nie. Daar is 'n paar goed wat gepla het. Die stort was onwerkbaar. Die water is of vuurwarm of yskoud. Daar is geen tussengrond nie. Die kombuisgoedere was nie 'n 100% skoon toe ons daar aankom nie en moes oorgewas geword het.

Most enjoyable stay in the flat. Beautiful setting, clean and comfortable. Large deck with a beautiful view. Well kept gardens, nice swimming pools. Very relaxing stay.

Generally in order, however had concerns. The house is spacious and a stunning house to stay in, however, we specifically requested a 4 bedroom house with aircon. Myself, my wife, our children ages 7 and 5 together with my sister and her husband with their teenager of 13 travelled to Sodwana. On day of arrival one of the bedrooms' air con's did not work, we reported it immediately. I also Whatsapped the establishment directly. After 4 days of staying at the house, no one was there to fix the aircon, I then contacted the lodge manager directly and arranged for maintenance to come and have a look. They could only assist us the following day. The next day, a second bedroom's aircon also did not work - this was the main bedroom. When the technician arrived, he confirmed that he will be able to fix the main bedroom's aircon, however the other bedroom for the teenager could not be fixed, he had to order a specific part. Before our departure I contacted the establishment and they confirmed the aircons were services recently. We therefore could not use the fourth bedroom at all and the teenager had to sleep on a mattress with his parents as it is too hot to sleep in a room over December in Sodwana that has no aircon. On numerous occasions I reported the concern to the establishment. The house is stunning and spacious, however we paid for a 4 bedroom house and could only use 3. The aircon in the main bedroom that was fixed, also quite often stopped working and we had to reset it all the time.
