Guests may not check in or out on Good Friday, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Day.
Guests must bring their own beach towels; bath towels are provided.
Smoking or vaping inside the house is prohibited.
Parties or large gatherings are not allowed.
No noise is permitted between 22:00 and 08:00; excessive noise, music, or misbehaviour will not be tolerated.
Please be considerate of the neighbours. Any damage or malfunctions must be reported to the owners immediately so they can be repaired or replaced.
Please respect the property. Guests are requested to keep the unit tidy; an excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee.
