Sonkwas 10 is a spacious retreat on the beachfront, uniquely designed by Johann Slee offering guests spectacular sunsets and sea views in Paternoster.
This house has light-filled open spaces with high ceilings and accommodates 6 guests, comprising 2 en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom boasts lovely sea views and has a fireplace for cold nights. It is furnished with a king-size bed, and a work desk for guests who wish to get some work done, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 three-quarter beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The bedroom walks out onto the patio and gives access to the outdoor shower. All linen and towels are provided.
The living area offers a breathtaking view overlooking the ocean. It is furnished with comfortable couches, a double sleeper couch, a built-in braai, and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. The house features an open-plan design with a kitchen, dining space, and living area which leads onto the patio. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, basic crockery and cutlery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Additional features include a work desk, access to Wi-Fi and an alarm system.
Sonkwas 10 is located within walking distance of various restaurants, coffee shops, and the well-known Koelkamers Theatre, and boasts a tranquil and memorable accommodation experience.
