House Rules
Final payment must be made at least one month prior to the intended arrival date. Directions, alarm codes, and key collection arrangements will be communicated once final payment has been confirmed by the bank.
One small dog is permitted by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost.
A cleaning service can be arranged at an additional cost.
Guests are kindly requested to wash their own dishes before departure. A penalty may be charged for dirty dishes.
Strictly no smoking inside the unit. A fine will be imposed.
The unit is not wheelchair-friendly due to stairs from the parking area to the house.
Guests must please bring their own pillows and towels. A few loan pillows are available.
The breakage/damage deposit, payable directly to the owner, will be refunded within 5 working days after departure, provided no damage has been reported.
Ugu Municipality experiences ongoing water issues, so guests are kindly requested to use water sparingly.
Please note that the accommodation is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for elderly guests or guests with disabilities.
