Disappointing and a little gross. The location is great and the elevator was good. The apartment itself and the customer service were subpar. There were little cockroaches, mould in the main shower and no basic tea towels or paper towels. The AC in the main room did not work and after reaching out a couple of times, with photos, no help at all was given. We stay in Sea Point often and recommend friends stay in the area, this property will definitely be on our 'do not book' list.
