Description
The Beachfront offers self-catering accommodation in a secure complex in Summerstrand, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), and is situated just across the beach.
This unit can accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms, each with their bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and both shower and bath facilities are available.
The main living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen, lounge, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher and a washing machine are available.
Leading from the kitchen is a lounge area with a TV and a dining area where guests can enjoy their meals together. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Through the sliding doors, there is a covered patio with braai facilities.
The complex has private and direct access to the beach and is within close proximity to restaurants, shops, Nelson Mandela University as well as the Boardwalk entertainment center. Other amenities in the complex include a swimming pool, a laundromat and secure parking. There is undercover parking for one vehicle and secure off-street parking for another.
The unit is NON-SMOKING. As the unit is in a complex, NO parties or events will be tolerated, and NO extra sleepover guests.
