Highly recommended family getaway! Summerplace was an absolute gem. We stayed in Marula, which was fenced and pet friendly. The farm is meticulously maintained. The restaurant and pool area were beautiful. The owners and staff were super friendly. We will be back!

Tranquil. We booked into Rosemary Cottage with my family. Such a spacious and lovely unit. Fully equipped for a family and stylish. I enjoyed the access to the tennis court, the restaurant was nice and the staff were so friendly.

Pragtige verblyf met 'n restaurant en wonderlike stap- en fietsryroetes. Pragtige plek. Goed gemerkte fietsry- en stappaaie. Pragtige natuurskoon. Die personeel is besonders vriendelik en baie goed opgelei. Die shed 3 lyk net soos op die fotos. Heelwat wild gesien en 'n ryk voëllewe. Hoogs aan te beveel.

What a gem! We had an exceptional vacation stay and truly enjoyed our time at the property. The views were absolutely breathtaking and made the experience even more special. The pictures don't do enough justice to the place. The game drive was beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of our trip, although we experienced a power issue on the first night. The staff were extremely attentive, willing to help and handled the situation professionally. Their friendliness and dedication really stood out and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. We also loved the Amarula coffee and enjoyed visiting the farm, which is very quiet, spacious and beautifully maintained. Overall, despite the minor inconvenience on the first night, our experience was wonderful and we would gladly recommend this place to others. PS: Coming back soon for the hideout unit.

Absolutely wonderful - but no TV in tents / no WiFi in tents / no game. Would recommend only cyclists - everything else like non-existent game and non self-catering is a let down.

As a nature-focused reserve, our tented accommodation is designed to offer a more rustic and off-the-grid experience, which is why units do not have TVs and WiFi access is limited. We do understand that this may not suit every guest, and we appreciate your honest feedback in this regard. Regarding the wildlife, sightings can vary as all animals roam freely across the reserve and surrounding areas, which is part of maintaining a natural environment. That said, we always aim to provide the best possible game viewing experience and will continue working on improving this aspect.
