House Rules

The cardholder, the ID or passport, and the credit card used for online payment must be presented at check-in.
Access to the reserve includes gravel roads typical of bushveld environments. Guests are advised to drive carefully and allow sufficient travel time.
Check-in is between 14:00 and 20:00, at which time the gate locks. A late check-in fee is applicable for arrivals after 20:00.
Boom boxes are not permitted. A strict quiet time is enforced from 22:00, and music must be kept to a reasonable level at all times.
Pre-booked meals are available by prior arrangement and can be delivered to the units.
Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly units by prior arrangement.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottages, but designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
There are no kitchen or braai facilities available at The Hideouts. Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks and snacks; however, these may only be consumed at the unit and are not permitted in the restaurant or main areas.
