The apartment is not suitable for parties; please keep noise low and alcohol use minimal.
Quiet hours: 22:00–09:00.
Pets are not allowed.
Park only in the allocated bay.
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Communal braai area to be left tidy after use.
Guests must be appropriately dressed in communal areas.
Handle blinds and furnishings with care; do not hang towels or clothing on window rails.
Refuse must be placed in the designated bins.
Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes are available on request.
