House Rules
Maximum 4 people are allowed at a time in the apartment (sleeping over).
Please apartment is not suited for a party environment, we encourage limited to no alcohol. and low noise volumne.
No pets allowed
Please park in the allocated bay provided.
Noise (games, music, loud laughing etc) is to be kept to a minimum before 09h00 after 22h00 to respect the neighbours and to obey complex rules.
Blinds are to be carefully operated.
No towels or clothing items may be hung on the window rails facing the sea.
Communal braai area to be left tidy after use.
At all times within the complex must a man wear a top and ladies to be dressed (no costumes only allowed) in communal areas.
All your personal possessions are kept on the premises at your own risk.
Breakages are to be noted for replacement purposes.
All facilities are used at your own risk. The owner or body corporate does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilising the facilities or any other injuries or damages visitors may suffer at this holiday apartment.
Use of drugs or drunkenness in the apartment will result in immediate eviction.
No smoking in the lifts, passages or any other public area; you are allowed to smoke in the public braai area.
All windows are to be closed upon check-out.
Mid-stay linen and towel change and general clean provided upon request at an additional fee of R350
Full refuse bags to be placed in the assigned garbage area on Ground Floor (not left in passages).
Should you use one of the complex trolleys to carry your suitcases or groceries, please return the trolley to the designated areas.
When entering or departing the apartment, please do not shout down the passages to one another; always take your neighbours into account.
Should you have an early check-out before 08h00 please leave as quietly as possible remembering some neighbours could still be sleeping.
