Description

Swaan Gastehuis is a self-catering cottage on a fruit farm in the Banhoek Valley, surrounded by the Simons- and Drakenstein mountains. The property is suitable for a small family or business travellers and is close to Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschhoek.

The cottage accommodates up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 en-suite bathrooms, each fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. Linen and towels are provided. The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is fully equipped for self-catering.

The kitchen includes an oven-microwave combination, a two-burner gas stove, a fridge-freezer, and cutlery and crockery. The lounge area has a TV with full DStv and free Wi-Fi.

The property is fenced and pet-friendly, and undercover parking is available. Solar panels with batteries and an inverter provide backup power during load shedding.
