Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The remaining balance of your booking, along with the refundable breakage deposit, must be paid DIRECTLY TO THE HOST no later than 2 weeks before check-in, as outlined in the email you will receive from the host.
If the balance is paid to LekkeSlaap instead, their payment handling fee will be added to your account.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out.
The property is pet-friendly by arrangement only. An additional pet deposit and a small turnaround fee apply. Guests bringing pets must confirm directly with the host that their pet has an up-to-date rabies vaccination certificate, provide the breed, and ensure the pet is friendly with staff who may service the property.
The Beach House may not be used for parties or gatherings.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
An electric fence secures the property.
Linen is provided; please bring your own beach and bath towels.
Housekeeping services are available on request and are not included in the rate.
A turnaround fee is not included in the rate.
Dish washing liquid and dustbin bags are provided.
Toiletries and toilet paper are not supplied.
