Small cats and dogs are welcome if arranged in advance. Owners are responsible for their pets.
Parties or functions are not allowed.
Abuse of alcohol and other addictive substances is prohibited.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the unit.
There is only parking for booked guests on the premises.
There is a key deposit payable if the key is lost.
The right of access is reserved.
Noise levels should be kept to a minimum.
If there is breakage or damage to the unit, guests are held responsible for fixing it.
No blankets, towels or other items may be removed.
No foreign substances may be flushed down the toilet.
