It was okay. It was a beautiful venue, however I feel that the communication was poor. I was not informed of breakfast being served, where, or when, and only found out upon check out when they tried to put some of the leftovers together upon hearing I had not had breakfast. They initially put me in a standard room, while I had paid for a deluxe room. They eventually moved me (way after check-in) when I mentioned it to the receptionist. The images on the website did not match the rooms they put me in. There wasn't even a window in the first room. The "deluxe room" they put me in had electrical issues, which I mentioned to the concierge who assisted me with my bags. The bulbs were flickering, and they said they would get an electrician, but nobody ever came to fix the issue. There were no plug points by the kettle, so I had to plug it in on the floor by my bedside table. There is no mirror with an electrical point. I had to take the mirror off the bathroom wall to use it on the bed in order to do my hair. The place was beautiful, but with these inconveniences, I was not pleased with what I paid.

Lovely place and beautiful for events. Second time we stayed here. Just live the place. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Baie rustig en pragtige omgewing. Miskien agv covid net 'n yskassie en eetgerei in kamers sit.

Lieflike oornag. Lieflike verblyf met pragtige tuine. Alhoewel daar ‘n troue was, het mens geen geraas gehoor nie. Ontbyt was heerlik en algehele diens baie goed.

Gerieflik, netjies en baie vriendelike personeel. Die personeel was vriendelik, ontbyt was baie lekker. Baie goeie waarde teen die tarief waarteen ek bespreek het.

Skoon, netjies en vriendelik, en boonop alles veilig. Ek het daar gewoon vir 3 nagte. Elke oggend se ontbyt was smaaklik en die plek is skoon. Ek sou wel 'n tafel in my kamer wou gehad het, asook n klein yskas.
