The cottage is incredibly private, making it the perfect escape if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, and we immediately felt at home. Peter was kind, welcoming, and genuinely interesting to chat with, which added a personal touch to the experience. A special highlight was the friendly visiting dog, Chunky, who kept us company for two days, which was such a sweet and unexpected bonus that made our stay even more memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend The Hangman’s Lookout to anyone looking for a unique and tranquil getaway.

There is magic in the air at Hangman’s Lookout. Magic! Peter is an incredibly kind host. The cottage is perfect with the sliding doors to the balcony; the scenery is amazing. And a bonus star for the coffee machine and ground coffee beans.
