Nestled in a quaint suburb of Montagu West, Mountain View @ The Little Gem is a charming private, pet-friendly cottage offering self-catering accommodation mere 10 minute stroll from the village centre. (Please see Pet Policy)
This cottage comprises of a common area with a lounge-dining-kitchen and en-suite bedroom accommodating 2 guests. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a basin, bath, walk-in shower and toilet .
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. A breakfast counter with bar stools is available. In the lounge, there is a comfy seating area a smart TV with Netflix and streaming services. Guests have access to complimentary Wi-Fi. The cottage is air conditioned in the lounge area and has ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom.
The cottage has secure undercover parking, a private garden and an undercover braai, complimented by the availability of firewood. The host provides additional information about activities in Montagu and surrounds.
The Little Gem can't assist with accommodating children or Sunday check-ins.
PET POLICY
I am an animal lover and want guests and their pets to feel welcome and enjoy their visit. However, the cottages must also remain comfortable for guests not bringing pets. In order to sustain welcoming pets, please adhere to our pet policy.
• House trained pets are welcome.
• Pets must be immunised and free of ticks and fleas.
• Please cover the lounge furniture with the pet friendly throws/ blankets provided, if you pet gets onto furniture.

THATCH- striped throws and blankets in the basket in the lounge.
• Please keep pets off the bed, unless you provide your OWN linen to effectively cover our bedding.
You will be charged for damage your pet may cause to furniture/linen.
• Please do not lock your pet in the cottage when you go out. You may leave the door open and lock the security gate if your pet can fit through the gap in the gate so that it has access to the garden.
• Please pick up poops with "pooper scooper" provided
• If your pet is left alone and barks excessively, we will request your immediate return. If you would like to do a non-pet friendly activity, but your pet does not like being left alone, we have a tenant that will gladly pet sit socialised pets for a small fee.
