Frustrating check-in, but great stay overall. Apart from the check-in, which was quite frustrating, the stay itself was very enjoyable. We were directed to collect the key from the restaurant, and the staff then pointed us toward the unit. However, we were unable to locate it due to multiple units sharing the same name and very limited signage. We had to return to the restaurant and request assistance, after which someone escorted us—unfortunately to the wrong unit. Once we raised this with the owner, the issue was resolved and we were moved to the correct unit. The unit itself was excellent and met expectations as advertised. The only minor drawback was some noise from the adjacent restaurant and play area, although being located on the main road, a certain level of noise is understandable.

Have stayed a lot better for less in Dullstroom. The fireplace causes a lot of smoke inside the unit. The floor is very squeaky and wakes the others in the unit when getting out of bed at night. The doors inside the unit need a fresh coat of paint and the bedroom wall paint is peeling off. I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Great option in Dullstroom. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is in the middle of town above shops and restaurants. That is great as it's within walking distance from everything, without having to drive. But the flip side is it comes with street and other noise. If you're okay with that, it's a great option in Dullstroom. Service from the host was excellent - prior to, during and afterwards.
