Relaxing weekend breakaway. We had a lovely stay at the cabin. It was nice just to break away from the busy roads and noise. The host is also very accommodating and will assist you any time.

We had a fantastic stay. The cabin was comfortable, very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. The fireplace and braai area were stocked with wood (and fire lighters). It's a peaceful, quiet setting; there are other houses in the vicinity but we didn’t hear anything other than the wind in the trees. There are lots of thoughtful touches throughout the cabin — clearly a lot of care has gone into making guests feel at home. Highly recommended — you can book this without hesitation.

A peaceful retreat. The cabin is well equipped, comfortable, very clean and well maintained. The setting is peaceful and lends itself to a relaxing stay. The host is friendly and quick to respond. I will most definitely return.

Relaxing, clean, friendly host and good value for money. It was really relaxing. Angie went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. Close to most of the things to do if you wanted to. We were lucky as it was freezing, so sitting in front of the fireplace with a good book was ample.

Didn't want to leave, waking up in the forest with the birdsong. Just amazing. A beautifully built log cabin. Don't think garden shed. Think Canadian wood home. It's situated on the owner's forest property but completely separate and private. Bird life in abundance.
