Great apartment: quiet with great views. Very small, expensive. The arrival system requires a daytime security process. As we booked at the last minute and arrived after 4 pm, this did not happen. Three separate WhatsApp messages came from the managers of this short-term let. They communicated very poorly, and I was in the dark and rain, unable to get into the building, yet told it was my fault. The security guard finally came out and told me to park on the street and ask for a day pass as it couldn't be arranged for me. I was then given this with an apology, but it made no sense that this wasn't anticipated in advance. I wouldn't recommend this for a last-minute stay as the security system is very inefficient.
