Safe and reliable. The place was good enough. Reliable and felt safe in an area I did not know. Short distance from where I was going the next day. This place was also well recommended in the area.

Pleasant affordable stay and got what was advertised and expected. We arrived late Friday afternoon during peak traffic and were promptly shown to the parking area on the property. Security at the gate and especially staff at reception were super friendly and welcomed us like old friends. The room was clean and up to expectation. Our kettle did not work, but was immediately replaced. We had a good night's rest, did the Ladysmith parkrun on Saturday morning, checked out smoothly and continued to Durban.

Overall good. Most hotels have a bar fridge and I was missing the fridge, only to find it is an extra charge for the fridge. WiFi in room 43 had a bad signal; I could not use the WiFi.

There is no mention in our room amenities to suggest that we have fridges, but we do, however, offer the option of a fridge at a very small fee. Overnight stay. If you have an interest in history, this is a good place to stay. The room was very neat and clean. Hotel staff were really friendly and very helpful! Excellent service! Had to pay extra for breakfast, but it was worth it!

Rustig en onopgesmuk. Die hotel is tipies vir 'n oornagreisiger. Alles is skoon en funksioneel, maar dit is 'n ou hotel. Die personeel was baie akkommoderend met spesiale versoeke. Groot was my verbasing toe ek die volgende oggend by my motor kom en dié is silwerskoon gewas. Ons aandete van Calamarie en Hake was effe duur.

Lawaaierige buurt, gordyne kort 'n was, TV het nie gewerk nie, ons het 3x gebel. Die kamer was skoon en netjies, daar was koffie, tee, versnaperinge.

Verblyf was redelik goed. Ons was goed ontvang. Het DStv kanale verwag op TV. Dit was meer OpenView kanale. Hulle kan 'n barfridge ook in die kamer sit om water en koeldranke koud te hou. Anders was die verblyf redelik goed.
