Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

The owner lives in a separate apartment on the property.
The house is only suitable for families and couples and no groups are allowed.
No visitors or extra guests are allowed without The Shell House's approval.
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets without prior arrangement and do not accept student groups, bachelor-, bachelorette-, social parties or groups as we are only suitable for families or couples.
No loud music is allowed.
No noise will be tolerated after 22:00.
No extra overnight guests are allowed.
If the rules are not met, the breakage deposit will be forfeited.
A breakage deposit must be paid in cash on arrival.
Small pets are allowed if it is arranged.
