Tierra Pequena is a 2-hectare equestrian estate ideally situated in Baillie Park, Potchefstroom. The property is located within easy reach of the Mooi River Mall, the athletics stadium, and the North-West University. Here, guests can enjoy a tranquil getaway surrounded by extensive gardens and abundant birdlife.

Accommodation includes 4 individually decorated guest house rooms, 1 self-catering bachelor unit, 2 self-catering 2-bedroom units, and 1 self-catering 3-bedroom farmhouse. Each guest house room contains air-conditioning, a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.
