Rustigheid, netheid. Ja, ek en my eggenoot het die tyd daar baie geniet. Alles was net so netjies gewees, trots op die span.

Won't go stay again. Personal reasons. The room is very small. There is no balcony. I am a smoker, not in the apartment though. It would be much easier to have a balcony. The view from the room window looks out onto the houses and main road behind the building. Malinda, the host, is very good.

Pleasant. Location etc. fantastic for us as we had a vehicle. Unfortunately, the lighting in the bathroom was really bad and we had no water, which was rectified later on. A pity that the unit isn't serviced at all. However, Melinda was lovely and helpful and met us at the hotel late due to our flights being delayed. That was appreciated. Undercover/safe parking for rental vehicle not offered or not available was never mentioned. Personally, a bit expensive and disappointing for that particular unit. (My opinion).

We are so glad to hear that you found Malinda lovely and helpful, and we truly appreciate you acknowledging her willingness to accommodate your late check-in. That's the standard of service we always aim for. We are, however, very sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the poor bathroom lighting and the temporary water interruption. I have already forwarded your note about the lighting to our maintenance team for immediate assessment and improvement. We are very glad the water issue was rectified promptly, but we understand the frustration it must have caused. Regarding your other points, we'd like to offer some clarity for future guests. Our units are self-catering, which means daily servicing isn't included as standard. This model allows us to offer more privacy and a more competitive price (like the R870/night you paid). We will review our listing description to ensure this is made even clearer. Similarly, our secure parking is noted as "subject to availability," as the hotel has a limited number of bays. We always do our best to accommodate all requests and are sorry if a bay wasn't available for you or if this policy wasn't clearly communicated. We are disappointed that we fell short of your expectations and that you felt the unit was not good value. We believe we offer a very affordable rate for the area, but we understand that the service issues you faced overshadowed this. We value your feedback and will use it to improve. Rustig, fantasties geleë en naby aan baie besienswaardighede! Ek en 'n vriendin het vreeslik lekker gebly by Tranquil Impulse in die Strand. Die hotel is reg voor die promenade en baie lekker naby aan alles. Die restaurant is baie oulik en het selfs voor 7 (oopmaaktyd) vir ons koffie gemaak. Almal was ongelooflik vriendelik en behulpsaam. Sal beslis weer daar bly!
