Refundable Key/Breakages Deposit:
A Refundable Breakages Deposit of ZAR 3000 is required before/on arrival. This will be collected prior to guests' arrival.
Guests will be reimbursed within 2 working days of their departure date. Your deposit will be refunded in full via electronic bank transfer payment, subject to an inspection of the property. You will be asked to email your banking details in order to receive your refund.
