Oom Joker het ons regtig tuis laat voel. Die mooiste uitsig en die sterre in die nag kan nie beskryf word in woorde nie. Jy het alles wat jy nodig het in die huisie as jy 'n wegbreuk wil hê van die stad. 10/10.

This unit is only accessible with a 4x4 vehicle; should guests lack access to such transportation, the host will provide shuttle services to the accommodation. We then sent an email to the host to arrange for a shuttle service. Here is our email exchange. Our email to her: =================. We are coming to stay in unit 1 on Friday. We are driving a classic Beetle, so we will need to be shuttled to the unit and back again. Will our car be safe wherever we have to leave it? Her reply: =========. Ons het nie ‘n shuttle diens nie, maar ons sal julle akkommodeer en julle heen en weer vervoer. Then when we arrived: ====================. She tried to shuttle us in a Suzuki Jimny (2 seater) with 3 people and all of our luggage for a few days. Only when it was obvious that we would not fit in, did she fetch a bakkie to shuttle us.

The location was peaceful and truly off the grid, giving us a much-needed break from technology and the constant buzz of the city. Despite being unplugged, the place had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to recharge and disconnect for a bit.

Best stay! Absolute gem! What an amazing stay! We stayed at a few different accommodations during our road trip, but this was by far the best place of them all! The views are stunning, the house is so well equipped, and every last detail is thoughtfully designed, super comfy beds, amazing hot tub, stargazing, etc. We will certainly be back! It was a small piece of Eden!
