Description
Villa 1356 Ekubo Coastal Estate is a spacious 432-square-metre double-storey self-catering villa located in the secure Ekubo Coastal Estate in Leisure Bay, Port Edward. The estate offers 24-hour access control and security, direct access to two beaches, and a clubhouse featuring a swimming pool, children’s play area, squash court, and gym.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that opens onto a wraparound balcony.
The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a full en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower, as well as sliding doors that open onto the balcony. The second bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, with sliding doors leading to the balcony. The third bedroom also has a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, and sliding doors opening to the balcony. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs and is furnished with a queen-size bed and two single beds, along with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. This room opens onto its own small private balcony with chairs. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, gas hob, and electric oven. The dining area includes a round eight-seater dining table with chairs, while the lounge features a TV with a DVD player and a selection of DStv channels.
Sliding doors from the living area open onto an undercover entertainment balcony with outdoor seating, outdoor dining furniture, a fire pit, a private swimming pool, and sun loungers. Guests can relax on the balcony and enjoy views of the ocean, where whales can sometimes be spotted during the season.
The property also has water tanks in place for water supply issues, and one complimentary water top-up is provided.
