This is a residential complex with a no-noise policy.

We do not accommodate bookings for guests under the age of 25. At least 1 person in the group must be older than 25.

A 1-hour cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. This cleaning service includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and braais, and sweeping and mopping all floors, but does not include dishes.

The parking is not suitable for large vehicles. 4x4 and Combi's

Smoking is strictly prohibited.
