Awesome. More, dit was heerlik, het sommer nog 'n dag gebly. Heerlike privaat stoep wat op die water uitkyk. Geslaap soos 'n klippie. Tot volgende keer.

Relaxing and most enjoyable. It really was lovely. Incredible setting looking at the mountains over the waterways. A little bit on the tiny side, but everything else makes up for it. Leslie was very friendly and ready to attend to any of our needs.

Great value for money. The room is situated in a very good location. It was safe and quiet. The host was very friendly and kind, allowing us to use her catamaran to explore the wonderful channels of the estate, even though the room we booked did not mean access to it.

Beyond brilliant. Staying at The Waterways was nothing short of utopian, with an unimaginable doorstep entrance directly onto pristine, glass-still waterways. Carols by candlelight drifting across the water, accompanied by bagpipes, created a moment of pure magic. The looming Muizenberg Mountains formed a breathtaking backdrop, with a safe and rewarding hike up to Elephant’s Eye. The owner is exceptionally caring, and the rooms are immaculate—professionally cleaned two to three times a week. This is a memory I will cherish forever. Marina da Gama is truly Cape Town’s hidden gem—safe, close to ideal beaches, outstanding value for money, and The Waterways is an absolute must.
