Reservations confirmed after deposit & written confirmation.
Self-catering: R500/day/room; refundable security deposit: 1 night’s stay.

Behaviour & Safety
Quiet hours: 21:00–07:00
Only registered guests overnight; visitors by arrangement (fees apply).
No smoking indoors; only in designated areas.
Drugs, weapons, and illegal activity are prohibited.
Respect staff & property – abuse may result in eviction.
Pool & Facilities
Use at your own risk; supervise children; no glass in pool area.
Cleaning & Damage
Daily cleaning included; extra cleaning or damage charged.
Guests are responsible for their actions & belongings.
Pets
Not allowed.
Emergencies & Health
Call local services & notify management.
Fire exits must remain clear; follow all safety instructions.
Follow public health guidelines.
Privacy & Insurance
Guest info used only for bookings & safety.
Guests are advised to have personal insurance.
