House Rules
No noise before 08:00 or after 22:00.
Permission must be granted for more than 3 guests per unit.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are asked to keep the common area tidy.
Laundry can be done on request at R250 per load, and there are also launderettes in Ballito and Umdloti.
Please make sure that the gate is always closed when entering or leaving the premises.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed the monkeys.
The rooms are not serviced during your stay, but cleaning can be arranged.
Please note that the driveway to the parking area is a very steep incline with a twist, and guests need to be careful. We suggest no stopping on the driveway.
Fireworks will not be permitted.
