Not good because of electricity. My stay would have been the most awesome stay ever, but it was not. We had to wake up before 6 to prepare food for the day because we were not going to have electricity from 07:30 am to 20:00 pm. Because of that, it was not a good stay, and we were not advised by our host. She only told me when I asked in the morning. WiFi as well was given the wrong password, and we only managed to use WiFi on Saturday in the evening when power was back. Notifying your guests in time if there will be no power would have been at least the best, but besides that, we enjoyed our stay.

Hi there, thank you again for your feedback. I’d like to clarify and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Unfortunately, the power outage was not due to scheduled load-shedding but was caused by unexpected cable theft in the area, which was beyond our control. That said, I completely understand how disruptive this was. This is not the standard we aim for, and we are putting measures in place to ensure better communication and accuracy moving forward. We truly appreciate your understanding and are glad that, despite everything, you were still able to enjoy parts of your stay. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again under much better circumstances.
