- Breakfast and dinner are available at an additional fee.
- A shuttle service can be arranged at an additional fee.
- No house parties or events (without prior arrangements).
- Only registered guests permitted.
- Parking is available free of charge for all house guests
- Turn off lights and air-conditioner/heating when out of the property.
- No pets.
- Noise curfew 21:00 - please show respect to neighbours.
- Any breakages must be reported to owner immediately.
- Theft of property will be reported to police .
- Any belongings left at the property required to be returned will be for your own account.
- Please treat this place at if it was your home.
