House Rules
Parties or additional guests not included in the booking are not permitted, and the use of facilities is strictly for booked guests only.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited indoors, being permitted only on the balcony.
Bank fees for credit card bookings are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, as initial deduction costs are not credited by the bank.
By booking this unit, guests agree to comply with all rules and regulations set by The Meadows Body Corporate, including noise control, parking, and the use of communal areas.
A copy of the Conduct Rules is available in the unit or can be requested prior to booking.
Communal facilities, including the swimming pool and recreational areas, are available for use by guests and are used at the guest’s own risk.
Guests are asked to respect other residents, and excessive noise or disturbances are not permitted.
Any damage caused to the unit or common areas must be reported immediately, and guests will be held financially responsible for any repairs or replacements required.
Reasonable security measures are maintained by The Meadows, but guests are encouraged to take standard precautions, lock doors and windows when leaving the unit, and use provided security features.
Any additional costs incurred during the stay, such as for damages, cleaning, or special requests, will be charged to the guest.
Guests are required to adhere to the check-in and check-out times stated in the booking confirmation, with late check-out or early check-in arranged in advance and subject to additional fees.
