* No smoking is allowed indoors, only on the balcony.
* We reserve the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.

Compliance with Sectional Title Scheme Rules: By booking this unit, you agree to comply with all the rules and regulations set forth by The Meadows Body Corporate. This includes, but is not limited to, rules related to noise, parking, and the use of common areas. For reference, a copy of the Conduct Rules will be available in the unit, alternatively, you can request a copy before proceeding with the booking.
No Liability for Personal Injury or Damage: The owner of this unit, the host, and the Body Corporate of The Meadows are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the security of their belongings.
Use of Facilities: Guests are welcome to use the communal facilities of The Meadows, such as the swimming pool and recreational areas. However, these facilities are used at your own risk, and the host and Body Corporate are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
Noise and Disturbance: Please be mindful of other residents in the complex. Excessive noise and disturbances are not permitted. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in penalties or eviction.
Damage to Property: Any damage caused to the unit or common property by the guest or their visitors must be reported immediately. The guest will be held financially responsible for any repairs or replacements needed as a result of such damage.
Security: While The Meadows takes reasonable steps to ensure the security of its residents, guests should take standard precautions to protect their personal safety and property. Lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit and use the security measures provided.
Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred during your stay, such as for cleaning, damages, or special requests, will be billed to the guest accordingly.
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times provided in your booking confirmation. Late check-out or early check-in may incur additional fees and must be arranged in advance.
