Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Residents and guests must adhere to the GAMHOA Resort rules to ensure a peaceful environment. The speed limit in the resort is 20 km/h, and all stop streets and speed bumps must be obeyed. Reckless driving, joyriding and the use of unlicensed vehicles or motorcycles are not permitted. No pets are allowed. Noise must be kept at a reasonable level, with quiet hours observed from 22:30. Drones are not allowed. No shooting or harming of animals is permitted as the resort is a nature area. The private slipway may only be used by registered permanent residents; visitors must use the launch pad at the Ferry Hotel. Open fires are not allowed. Additional rules may apply, and any violation can result in the loss of the deposit or eviction without refund. By accepting the quotation, guests confirm that they have read and agree to the rules and that all members of their party will comply.
