Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R250 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
One small house-trained dog is allowed; however, arrangements must be made in advance, and additional fees and requests apply.
A pin to the lock-box will be sent to the guest once proof of payment of the key/damage deposit has been received. The deposit is fully refundable on the day of departure, provided everything is found to be in order after inspection.
Tokens for the pre-paid aircon can be purchased via guests banking app or through the host.
A convenient self-check-in system has been implemented, this affords the guest the flexibility to arrive at their own time. The host is non-intrusive, yet available via WhatsApp.
Meals and housekeeping are not provided.
The host will communicate and arrange a cleaning schedule directly with guests who book for longer periods.
