The Family Villa offers uninterrupted sea views of False Bay throughout the property. It can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children is the best with the adjoining room configuration. The upper level of the villa consists of 2 large bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Additionally, there is a third bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a toilet, and a basin. The fourth bedroom features 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a basin. These 2 bedrooms are adjoining and located on the lower level floor. On the lower level, guests will find a spacious open-plan living area that includes a kitchen and a generously sized lounge with a TV. The lounge features a centrally placed double-sided fireplace, which creates a cosy atmosphere and includes a dedicated kid's corner. The villa also offers an expansive patio area with ample seating and a braai area, all seamlessly flowing onto a level grassed garden.

Quiet between 22:00 and 08:00
No parties or events are allowed.
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette use is allowed inside the property.
Enter at your own risk. All vehicles and persons enter these premises at their own risk.
The owner, Tenants, or managing Agent will not be held liable for any damage, loss, injury, theft, or death arising from any cause whatsoever. Rights of Admission Reserved.
Be responsible when using the braai and BBQ facilities and ensure that open fires and hot coals have been extinguished and covered after use. Fire is a high risk in the area.
Report any faults or issues to the property manager or owner as they occur, so they can be addressed and fixed before further damage is caused.
We require a R5000.00 breakage deposit before the guest's arrival. We work on an honesty box system, ie, guests are responsible for breakages; kindly report any to the property manager.
There is one allocated parking bay for each accommodation. Park only in the allocated parking bay.
Be vigilant about closing the gate after use.
Additional parking is on-street on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that your booking is not confirmed until we have both a reservation form and a deposit.
