Strictly no parties, loud gatherings, or events are allowed.

No Smoking / Vaping
This is a non-smoking / non-vaping unit.
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
A penalty will apply for smoking inside the unit.
No Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Maximum Occupancy
A maximum of 6 guests allowed.
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Respect the Neighbourhood
Please keep noise to a minimum at all times.
Respect communal areas such as the pool, gardens, and pathways.
Security
Please ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the unit.
Do not let unknown individuals into the complex.
Please wait for the gate to fully close on entering and exiting of complex.
Cleaning & Rubbish
Please keep the unit tidy during your stay.
Rubbish must be placed in the provided bins, located outside by the undercover parking area.
Extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.
Breakages & Damages
Kindly report any damages or issues immediately.
Guests are responsible for the cost of any damages during their stay.
Use of Amenities
Pool hours and rules of the complex must be followed.
Use the braai area responsibly and clean it after use.
No glass in or around the pool area.
Only use beach towels (which are provided) at the pool area
Please do not litter anywhere on the complex premises.
Safety
No open flames inside the unit.
Braai fires must be used responsibly and fully extinguished after use.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Vehicles
Drive slowly and observe the 10km/h speed limit.
Follow the one-way traffic system
Park only in designated areas.
Do not block traffic.
Compliance
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in early termination of the stay without refund.
