Late check-out /in by prior arrangement only.

Quiet hours are observed between 22h00 and 08h00.
Please be considerate of other guests at all times.

This is a non-smoking guest house.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
A cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs inside rooms.

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
Visitors require prior approval from management.

Please take care of the rooms, furniture, and appliances.
Towels and linen are for room use only.
Any damage or loss may be charged accordingly.

Pool use is permitted between 09h00 and 18h00 during warm seasons only.
Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.
A lifeguard is not on duty at any time.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Glass items, alcohol, and food are not permitted in the pool area.
Diving, running, and rough play are not permitted.
Proper swimwear must be worn at all times.
Guests under the influence of alcohol may not use the pool.

Lock your room when leaving. Valuables to be locked in the safe in the room.
The guest house is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Report any concerns to management immediately.

Housekeeping is provided as required.
Please notify reception if you do not wish to be disturbed.

Parking is available at your own risk.
