Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note: The full names and ID numbers of all guests must be provided when confirming a booking.

A cleaning fee of R350 covers a full clean of the apartment after check-out.

Complimentary cleaning is available Tuesday to Saturday upon request – simply send a message to arrange.

Linen and towels are replaced after every three-night stay.

Quiet hours and building curfew: 22:00 to 08:00.

No visitors are permitted at any time.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Guests may not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy.

Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and hubbly/hookah) is not allowed inside the apartment or in shared areas such as hallways.

The apartment is intended for holiday use only. Corporate guests are welcome, but business activities or promotions are not allowed on the premises.

Soliciting, distributing flyers, or going door-to-door is strictly prohibited.

Illegal activities, including the sale of goods or drugs or the solicitation of sexual services, are not permitted.

Alcohol may not be consumed in shared areas such as hallways, parking bays, or lifts.

Vehicles must be parked in the designated bays only. Any vehicle parked incorrectly will be clamped and a R500 release fee will apply.

Should any personal items be left behind, guests will be notified for collection. Items not claimed within 14 days will be discarded.

No coal or open-flame braais are allowed anywhere on the property.
