Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Full names and identification numbers of all guests must be provided upon confirmation of the booking.

A full cleaning of the apartment is completed after check-out in accordance with standard cleaning procedures.

Complimentary cleaning is available Tuesday to Saturday upon request – simply send a message to arrange.

Linen and towels are replaced after every three-night stay.

Quiet hours and building curfew are observed between 22h00 and 08h00.

Visitors are not permitted on the property at any time.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Guests may not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy.

Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and hubbly/hookah) is not allowed inside the apartment or in shared areas such as hallways.

The apartment is intended for holiday use only. Corporate guests are welcome, but business activities or promotions are not allowed on the premises.

Soliciting, distributing flyers, or going door-to-door is strictly prohibited.

Illegal activities, including the sale of goods or drugs or the solicitation of sexual services, are not permitted.

Alcohol may not be consumed in shared areas such as hallways, parking bays, or lifts.

Vehicles must be parked in designated bays only. Vehicles parked incorrectly may be clamped and subject to applicable penalties.

Should any personal items be left behind, guests will be notified for collection. Items not claimed within 14 days will be discarded.

Coal or open-flame braais are not permitted anywhere on the property.
