3330 Seekoei is a spacious self-catering house located opposite the Crocodile River in Marlothpark. The property accommodates 6 adults and 2 children, offering a peaceful setting near nature.

The house features 2 en-suite bedrooms on the lower level and an open-plan loft with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The air-conditioned main bedroom on the lower floor has a king-size bed that can convert into 2 single beds, while the second air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a shower and an outdoor shower and bath respectively. The loft area has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and 2 fans. A TV room includes a double bed suitable for children and 2 fans.

The main living area has an open-plan layout with multiple ceiling fans. The kitchen and dining areas are open plan and fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, additional chest freezer, dishwasher, and complete cutlery and crockery. Free Wi-Fi is available, along with Netflix and DStv Stream.

The house is equipped with solar-powered lighting in the living area and battery-powered lights in the bedrooms to manage power outages. Gas geysers and stoves are also used during load shedding.

Wildlife, including kudus, warthogs, red bucks, zebras, and wildebeest, roam freely around the property. The birdlife is notable, and guided birdwatching walks are available throughout Marloth Park.
