The most amazing views and location. A pity about the hospitality. An incredible stay with a lot of hassle. From the multiple forms and contracts, the run around from pillar to post just to get access upon arrival, to the cleaner ruining two of the mornings for us. The most amazing views and location. However, as part of our obligations, we must comply with the Estate Regulations, which require us to complete the necessary documentation. Regarding the cleaner, alternative arrangements could certainly have been explored, but unfortunately, we didn't receive any communication from you to address or resolve the issue at the time.
