Breakage Deposit

House Rules
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival.
To confirm a booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide their full names, contact details, clear copies of identification or passports, vehicle registration details where applicable, and estimated time of arrival. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties operate under a strict non-smoking policy, and tenants accept full responsibility for any minors and visitors accompanying them.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted on the premises.
For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and will incur an additional charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount is determined by the quality of the establishment and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
Guests are advised that, in the interest of sustainability and comfort, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that allows for reasonable daily consumption. In rare cases of unusually high usage, reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, an additional fee will apply.
