There are no functions or parties allowed. Any visitors visiting the guests who have booked at the property need to let the owner know of their entry and exit on and off of the property.
A fee will be charged for any damage undertaken by the person responsible for making the booking.
No smoking or vaping in the house whatsoever.
No loud noise after 10pm and before 6am in the morning.
Any damage on the property by the guests will result in them being liable to pay for it.
The property does not take responsibility for any loss or damage occurred during their stay.
They enter the property at their own risk.
The owner has the right to evacuate the clients if they are not comfortable with their behaviour during their stay.
