House Rules
There are no functions or parties allowed. Any visitors visiting the guests who have booked at the property need to let the owner know of their entry and exit on and off of the property.
A fee will be charged for any damage undertaken by the person responsible for making the booking.
No smoking or vaping in the house whatsoever.
No loud noise after 10pm and before 6am in the morning.
Any damage on the property by the guests will result in them being liable to pay for it.
